Taylor first started with us in Pet Care while she was attending The Vet Tech Institute of Houston and is now a Licensed Veterinary Technician.  She completed her externship with us and we have hired her full time since then. She has two dogs, three cats and four exotic animals at home.  She has always had a special place in her heart for animals and is enjoying her position.

Jenn D.

Jenn has come and gone from our clinic several times because she lived a long distance away. She always came back because the quality of medicine at Deer Park Animal Hospital was superior, and wanted to continue to excel in patient and healthcare.   She has now moved closer so we are happy she has settled into our community.   She has 3 rescue dogs named, Lima, Max and Roo.  Her hobbies include swimming and spending time outdoors.  She really enjoys being able to make a difference in pet’s lives.

Amber

Amber joined us from doing shelter work.  She has a special passion for shelter medicine and helps oversee our efforts with community outreach and assistance to our local shelters.  She has a love on all animals but her most favorite is her girl, Maple.  Even though Maple has crossed the Rainbow Bridge she remains Amber’s true heart dog.

Chelsea

Chelsea started with us in the Pet Care Department and quickly worked her way through training to become a Veterinary Technician.  She is a Certified Veterinary Assistant Level 1.   Chelsea enjoys all her co-workers and helping people with their pets.

Kacie, LVT

Kacie is married with 2 preteen girls and 4 pets (3 dogs and 1 cat).  She graduated The Vet Tech Institute in 2020 and become a Licensed Veterinary Technician.  Her husband thought this would prevent her from bringing animals home.  But little did he know, this did not help at all but possibly has made it worse.  Animals are her life.  Her family enjoys hikes, anime, video games, and playing with their many pets.   Her husband has Texas roots, so she claims Texas as her native home.  She is an Air Force Veteran, has 2 Associates degrees, and is Fear Free Certified.  She plans to move into Animal Behavior to help clients with behavior modification as well as basic training tips to help make sure you and your pets lives are the best and healthiest.

The newest member of the pack is, Ohana, who is a long haired daschund.
